What are Loop & Lead charms?
Loop & Lead charms are small, collectible accessories that clip directly onto your dog leash handle. Each charm has a built-in spring-loaded clip, so there's no extra hardware to buy. Available in enamel, silicone, and acrylic across multiple collections.
Do I need a special leash?
No. Our charms work with the leash you already own. If it has a standard handle loop (nylon, leather, rope, or chain, from 3/4" to 1" wide), our charms will clip right on.
How do I attach a charm?
Each charm has a spring-loaded clip. Squeeze the clip open with one hand, slide it over your leash handle, and release. It takes about two seconds.
Are the charms safe for my dog?
The charms are designed to sit on the leash handle, near your hand and away from your dog. They are not toys and should not be given to pets or small children. Always ensure charms are securely attached before walking.
Are they waterproof?
Yes. All Loop & Lead charms are designed for daily outdoor use. Enamel and silicone charms are water-resistant, and the clip hardware is corrosion-resistant.
What if my charm breaks?
Contact us within 30 days of purchase with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement. See our returns policy for full details.
How many charms can I have on one leash?
As many as you'd like. Most people start with 2-3 and build their collection over time. The charms are lightweight and sit neatly along the handle without interfering with your grip.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but international shipping is coming soon. Currently we ship within the United States. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
Can I return or exchange charms?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
